Attention Foster Parents:
Act Together Ministries is offering Christmas sponsorships to foster children (and any other children who live in your household) in Forsyth, Cobb, North Fulton (outside the perimeter) and Cherokee Counties. Each child will receive approximately $150 worth of Christmas gifts.

To be considered for this program, please submit the application below and allow 5-7 business days for your application to be processed.

Foster parents must be able to pick up gifts from Woodstock.
