Attention Foster Parents: Act Together Ministries is offering Christmas sponsorships to foster children (and any other children who live in your household) in Forsyth, Cobb, North Fulton (outside the perimeter) and Cherokee Counties. Each child will receive approximately $165 worth of Christmas gifts.
To be considered for this program, please submit the application below. We will contact you via e-mail by the first week of November to let you know if your application was approved.
Please submit an application for each child you would like to register for Christmas sponsorship.
Foster parents must be able to pick up gifts from Woodstock.
